‘The Spinning Top’ director talks to ifilm on short animation

ifilm talks with short animation ‘The Spinning Top’ attending the latest edition of International Film Festival for Children and Youth (ICFF) in Iran.

On the sidelines of the 32nd round of ICFF, ifilm held an exclusive talk with Shiva Momtahen attending the fest with her short film.

The director said to ifilm about the animated flick, “My animation follows a child who had a flashback to his memories while searching for his spinning top.”

She added that “we can review our memories along with the child in the story.”

The director also noted, "This is a good incident to have this festival in Isfahan."

The ICFF is organized annually by the Iranian Organization of Cinema and Audiovisual Affairs, Farabi Cinema Foundation and the Municipality of Isfahan.

The 32nd ICFF has been slated for August 19-26, 2019 in the Iranian historic city of Isfahan.
